Teflon test sieves
The introduction of Teflon test sieves:
Test sieves are a common tool for particle size classification and detection. The PTFE test sieve has strict mesh size, and the mesh size is used to indicate the specifications of each sieve. Comply with HJ/T299-2007, HJ/T300-2007 standards.
The features of Teflon test sieves:
1. Pure white appearance
2. High and low temperature resistance, usable temperature range -200℃～+250℃.
3. Corrosion resistance, strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents, and no dissolution, adsorption and precipitation.
4. Anti-pollution, low blank value of metal elements.
5. Insulation, not affected by environment and frequency, low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage.
6. Resistance to atmospheric aging, radiation resistance and low permeability.
7. Self-lubricating, with the coefficient of friction in plastics.
8. The surface is not sticky and is a solid material with small surface energy.
9. The mechanical properties are soft and have very low surface energy.
